What's with the name?

So, a couple of people have asked me why this blog is called manasamusa. It's a nickname my sister used to call me when I was younger, and kinda just stuck with me. We have weird alliterative nicknames for each other, and when I found out that Mansa Musa was also a King in Mali (an awesome king at that), it seemed fitting for my own little African expedition.

Btw, "Mali achieved the apex of its territorial expansion under Mansa Musa". Mmmhmm! And one day I will rule the world. Muahahahaha.
